I recieved my colonix package and was wondering when usual BM occur? After paranil? fiber? tea? all the above? When was the most significant time BM came on? I really do not want to be late for work being stuck on the toilet or having to go at work a lot so I am trying to plan wisely. I work evening shifts and my sleep is all whacky....any advice?
