Corn is a great for determining your bowel speed! :) I am now about that fast, it takes less than a day for it to pass.

I have been passing more MP ropes, one of them was completely empty, it was translucent, golden colored and about 4-5 inches long once it unrolled itself.

My husband wanted to know if I wad done with the cleanse now that I was seeing MP ropes, I told him that I had just started, I have been on it for about 2 weeks now, and will continue for at least 2 more weeks. My father finally purchased the Bentonite clay, he has been using psyllium and the Colon Cleanse product I mentioned above, but didn't want to start the Bentonite right away, now that he has heard about my success, he wants to use everything I am using. I am so happy for him.
