Yep, before I do a cleanse, I do the "corn test". Eat corn, write down time, and see how long the is from "intake, to exhaust".

Want to hear amazing?? I now eat corn for dinner, and it's out before 12noon the next day!! I don't even keep 1 meal in my system anymore!!! I've lost about 10lbs, and half of that was MP!!
