Hi,

it just came into my mind last night. When I did my 1st month (5 weeks) arise and shine program, including 9 days 3rd phase and 12 days master phase (I strictly followed the eating rules) I didn't get those lumpy results. I did later 2 months colonix program, 10 days master cleanse, and during these I started to get similar things as they are on the official pictures. So, it is a proof for me that this is not something formed from the supplement which you take.
I have done another month of arise and shine too where I got different things than in the 1st one. It is actually in accordance what R. Anderson says: it might take time to loose up the mucoid plaque and get it moving out.

The other proof would be that when I don't get the strange looking BM by using this clenasings. I am going to do these cleansings until I get this result.
I am succesful with the liver cleanse after 14 of it. This gives me inspiration for this intestines cleansings.
