Thanks everyone for your advice! Now I just need to convince my hubby! He's VERY sceptic, thinks the mucoid laque thing is all hype and thinks I should just go to the doctors and let them put me on some pills. Perhaps that not a bad idea, but I really just want to try this out for myself and see what comes out :0)
