Hi,
I am new to curezone. I have been reading a lot of posts. I am now on day #5 of the Blessed Herb Colon Cleanse with the Bentonite shake and digestive stimulator herbs. I have mucous coming out, but still feel tremendous, explosive pain in the abdomen as I have much of the time for years. Before the fast I was on pureed cooked organize greens and roots for a week, and virgin olive oil; been on enemas for years. I feel the need to evacuate and cramping and pressure no matter what I eat o don't eat. I have been on a raw juice fast and that caused lots of pain. I wear a back-brace type girdle which holds in the painful area and helps reduce the pain. The pain always emanates from 1" below the naval and spreads out like waves of fire up to my neck and around my back. Today it is almost unbearable.
I have had every gastro test there is--blood work, upper and lower gi, sitzmark; catscan, ultrasound, etc. in the past. Also went 3 months with no wheat or Sugar with no reduction in frequent abdominal pain and feeling the need to evacuate, even after evacuating. I practice yoga daily for many years; I do positive affirmations, self hypnosis, dreamwork;have tried cranial sacral, reiki, accupuncture. To little avail.
I will have to stay on this fast a long time it looks like. I am able to stay on it because at least I am getting mucous ropes out because of the Bentonite clay. All other fasts of lemons & maple syrup/ taking enemas, etc. did not relieve anything.
I probably need a liver cleanse of oil/lemon after this cleanse.
I don't know how people stay working or able to concentrate on anything but trying to get better.

Still I am in so much pain today I can hardly breathe. Any suggestions?
