When you use herbs you can get allergic reactions from it and it is hard to tell which one effects you. Many years ago I drank herbal tea and I started loosing my memory, I never found out which herb was the cause, so now I prefer to use one herb at the time, so I will know which one effects me.
BTW when I stopped drinking the tea I got my memory back.
