I think what you need is a very good probiotic. They usually help you to be regular and cleanses the entire digestive system of harmful bacterium.

Check out my various posts on the Curezone forum on this and I am sure you will find it most helpful. A common result of a good probiotic is that it cleanses the colon - even after a colonic - and good regular movements.
