I finally saw some progress after tweaking the cleanse a bit.
I was doing colonix for a while but I was getting nowhere until yesterday after making changes; kleritea was doing nothing for me so I replaced it with Christophers Lower bowel capsules (2 in morning, 2 at night), and began taking colonix fiber 3 times a day with enough water. It took only 1 day to start seeing MP after that change.
I like Christophers formula because it contains cascara sagrada (it works very well for me), but other formulas like digestive stimulator from blessed herbs (my fav) and BH LBB are great as well.
