since you have Andreas book now you can do the Epsom Salt cleanse instead. That is as cheap as you can get. I am glad you can look it up because he also write what kind of reactions you can get so you don't have to worry and know certain things are normal. It is under chapter 7 under #2.
I had my adult children do it 2 years ago. Actually I did it too, but I can't remember anything, but for the price I might do it again. Though I must say so far I use ES every 2 weeks with the liverflush.
