Since I don't want to take supplements the rest of my life I follow Ask Andreas Moritz Forum .
Some day, if you are interested, I would suggest start doing liverflushing and stop the greens and see what happens. All my aches and pains are gone; pain in knees etc also has often to do with the intestines and you need the bile to have the small intestines work well. These workings are described on his website http://www.ener-chi.com under healthinfo. A combination of liverflushing with bowelcleanse takes care of most peoples problems.
