Try several enemas or a colonic. You might have started off with too many pills.
Certainly don't add the fiber at this point, wait till you are moving again. I have never had that with Oxypowder . If you start doing the P&B shakes read the FAQ at top of page. Also the 3 threads on page 182 about the different experiences of people with different cleanses.
