HI, I started using Oxypowder on monday (6 a night), it worked great on Tuesday and yesterday, but today I just feel sick, bloated and very uncomfortably constipated, any advice, is this normal? I am going to try the P & B shakes, I am just waiting on delivery of the Bentonite (its very hard to get in Ireland), but it the mean time I would be really thankful for any advice I can get.
