After about 8 days on Colonix I woke up at 5:00 a.m. feeling kind of crampy and stumbled into the loo to have a bm and lo and behold afterwards I found this vile thing floating in the tank: http://curezone.com/upload/bowel_cleanse/forum_01/mucoid_plaque_1.jpg I also posted this picture on the bowel cleanse images site with a few others I had the pleasure of capturing that early morning. (Keep your digital camera near the loo - you never know when that "special moment" will happen) As this is my first bowel cleanse, I can only assume from other pictures that this is mucoid plaque. This went on for a few days. I have not had a normal bm since I started Colonix. Everything I pass (and there's plenty) appears to be bound together by mucus. Also, its usually loose stools and quite dark. Can't get too enthused about the smell either. Unfortunately, my eating habits are still crumbly. Can anyone out there recommend a site that I might visit that gives an eating plan for people who are cleansing? I'm sensitive to yeast (but love bread and pasta) Come to think of it all things carbs are good to me. Veggies are not my friend and I have to drink them by using Greens+. By the way, I mix my Colonix fibre with Greens+ and water. Is that a good thing to do? Also, I am still bloated (especially after eating) is this a side-effect of the cleanse? Is it normal? Answers appreciated. Thanks.
