Wow, what an ordeal! I would drink more water, eat fruits and veggies only, and find a colon therapist to get a colonic done. Look here for one in your area: http://colonhealth.net/therapist-search/united-states.html
I believe dulcolax and such items only clean the lower bowels, a colonic will clean the upper and lower intestines (I think). They also know what they're doing and can help you with some great info.
