I have chronic constipation for many years,together with CFS.I have done parasite/kidney/herbal Bowel Cleanses and 10 liver flushes.However I am unable to have a bowel movement without some kind of laxative/ Oxypowder .I have painful haemeroids that constrict evacuation unless a very loose BM.Has anyone a regime/protocol that will get peristalsis back on track? I would like to do PB shakes,as I suspect I have mucoid plaque, but I know I will not be able to pass them as things are.I would be most grateful for any help.I am 60 years old.Deotima.
