For general information if for some reason Zule's way does not work, some people have a so called "dry" body and they should change to a different cleanse, otherwise they will just get more constipated.

I am going to save this explanation, this is the first time that I have seen, what I would call improved P&B shakes. There have been too many people with problems.
I myself don't use it, but I know people like it and at least I can refer them to a link of someone with a lot of experience. Zule has been around a long time and she is also the one who knows about blessed herbs cleanse.
