This remark really went wrong. I have the info from reading, the senna in #1 is to get a start, that's ok, but then they say you should switch to #2. The senna is not good to keep doing you will become depended on it, it is more like a laxative.
Probably you will be able to find other messages about it in Dr. Schulze Forum .
I still remember one person said that they had been using it (#1) for 3 years and did not realize that you should follow up with #2.
I don't know why remember these things, I have never used it. At least I hope it is helpful.
I use to think that it was the same with cascara sagrada, but I must have understood it wrong, everyone seems to be using it. The barefoot herbalist has it his LBB too and they are saying that is good.
