Thank you so much for your kind words!! I appreciate the support. I'll definately keep you posted through out this little journey. For example, right now I'm drinking water with lemon and tea, and dreaming about my coffee. ;)

Thank YOU For the real insight. It's important to hear that some have found Dr. S's habit forming. That's the last thing I want to happpen to me. I'll look into the oxygen stuff as well. Good luck to you!!

I agree. Through the years I've met a dozen girls who have the same problem as me. Unfortuately many have turned to strong laxatives, and other means of disposing food unnaturally... and I never wanted to go down that route. As for the enema bag, nope, I pretty much laid it all out on the table in my post. Never had one of those.
