Hey Kat,

I'm on day 25 of the Colonix. I'm getting some mp out with my bm's. I don't think I'm doing anything 'special' to help get it out. My diet isn't even very good.  But I'm working on it. How has it been for you? Seen any critters? Mp? Are you having headaches? I have been having terrible headaches/sinus headaches for about a week now. I'm finally feeling better today!!
