Hi Dill! I myself am starting my second month of Colonix. I too get a bloated feeling from the fiber and get a little backed up, but it has also worked great as well. How long did you do it? Did you take a full scoop of Fiber? Anything special that you did to get mucoid out? Thanx, Kat
