I think you are getting 'backed' up and should probably do either the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) or an enema. The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) will push the most out and you will be amazed at how much comes out. But--it is hard to go down for alot of people.

I liked the SWF, but the enema is easier to do, plus you can do it in the evening whereas the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is only done first thing in the morning.
