Whatever the make-up of this MP, I do believe that it has produced some fantastic results within my digestive tract. For over two years I've experienced bm that consisted of a handful of pebble-like bm, sometimes pellet shaped. When I took the P & B shakes, I released quite a bit of buildup from my bowels, and the result has been the release of fully formed fecal matter several times daily, compared to the once every one or two days of before.

I have also noticed a flattening of my stomach that wasn't there before. No physician was able to effect this change nor any laxative. I am quite happy with the results. I appreciate your suggestions and helpful admonition, but the results that I experienced were more than enough empirical evidence for me.
