Have been really enjoying this website since I found it last week! I just got back from the healthfood store with my psyllium and Bentonite clay paste-stuff. I read that you use about 1 tsp of psyllium with 1-2 Tbs of Bentonite...BUT I have a couple of questions.
1)Can I mix this with juice?
2)What is the best time of day to take it?
3)If it constipates me, what should I do?
4)How many days in a row should I take it?
