Hi Blue_Sky! .. (cool name)

What kind of Bentonite do you use, how much and how often do you take it?

I am STILL having problems with my COLON!!!!!!!!!!!! It is really hard to find something that works! Have done Dr. Schultz, one colonic, and flax seeds, all of which did not work too well......
