Well good news, things are moving nicely again. I evacuated my bowels about 5 times today. I don't know what did it, I think it was bad prime rib. Yuck. Last time I do that. I was trying to do P&B on a regular diet (I eat pretty healthy, except for meats), but it's not working out so well, so I'm going to do all veggies for a while.

I'll post results soon.
