Jessina, you may be right. In the past I've done P&B with no luck at all. I started my first juice fast 5 days ago, and this morning I took an herb laxative capsule. Then 8 hours later I did an enema. I finaly got out a 6" piece of MP,without any P&B.It was black and tarry. I really love this juice fasting,it's doing things for me, the candida diet wasn't doing. I can't wait to get out more. I've been waiting for this stuff to come out for over a year. I did the candida diet for the last 4 months,plus liver flushes and bowel cleanses. After the 3rd flush I didn't feel good,so I went on the fast. For me I think this is the key to it all. Good Luck. REG
