You may be right but I don't think so. I have seen the pictures, I have the book, so I know what the ropes look like. I have been at this for a month now and have passed worms and smaller amounts of mucoid plaque. I think everything else I have been doing has helped loosen some of the big stuff before I did the P&B shake.
I wish I had a camera so I could send you pictures.
