Last night I tried the PB shake I have been reading so much about.
This morning I passed my first rope! Yes! It was about one foot
long, slimy and gross. I love it! I have felt lighter ever since.
Thanks for being here everyone. I really appreciate your support and
well, I don't know anyone else I could announce this to. LOL
