This piece was the longest, 24 inches. I think the program good was for curbing my hunger, but i think taking psyllium alone would probably have had the same results. i've taken it alone in the past (while eating normally) and still passed out some strange stuff. not eating this time made all the difference to really getting it all out. i'll be doing another cleanse soon to see if theres anything left in there.
