Howdy everyone, i just have a few questions as I embark on my first ever bowel cleanse. I will be using Sonne's formulas #7 and #9. Here are my questions: How long do you generally cleanse for? And during the cleanse do I need to abstain from all alcohol? I was going to kick it off with a 3-day apple fast then move into my bowel cleanse.. is this okay to do? Thanks all!! I found this website back when i did my 10day MC, and have been hooked ever since!
