I would like to know how soon after using p+b shakes should mucoid plaque start coming out?
also how long does it take for it all to come out, approximately? I've just done a week long fast with five shakes a day and colonics and now I'm eating just salads and having 3 shakes a day and intending to increase to 5 over next few weeks.
