There is only one Teeth Formula that always works:

sun + ocean(sea) + oxygen = healthy teeth

If you can find a place where there is a lot of sun, there is sea close to it and there is clean air ... that is the place where you should spend as much time as possible.

Exposing your body to sun, swimming in the ocean(sea) and in the same time breathing clean air... that builds health, that repairs teeth.

And, of course, eliminate from your diet all processed foods, especially concentrated sweeteners.

And, avoid Air-conditioned places.

Enemy of teeth: Cold climate, cold seasons, not enough sun exposure, polluted air, processed foods, fresh fruit juices.

Too much fruit or raw diet in a cold climate or a cold season = problems with teeth.
