Hi:

When the Bentonite is mixed with the psyllium it is in the 'sweeping mode' which by passes digestion and by my thinking the intestnes are not effected by the contents of the clay. But, I may be wrong. I have been taking Bentonite daily for years on and off and I have not developed 'Alzheimers' to my knowledge :-) But this may be a good time to take a break from the clay. :-)

When I see what comes through from the coffee enemas I am thankful that it is out! Thinking about a project is the stressful part; just do it. Actually, I look forward to my daily ritual. It brings me closer to my clean gut goal. Of course, I am not going to miss the routine when all is clean. :-) Giz.
