I actually bought a colon cleansing product a few years ago but never used it because I was scared and unsure of what was going to happen. I guess that sounds kind of silly but I am a busy person and didn't want to be stuck at home.

If I'm going to do the cleansing for the first time what should I do that is not too intense to start me off. Also I live in Jamaica so it might be difficult to find products.
