I, myself am going to do the BH as many start getting the mucoid plaque out very quickly.

I have used Oxypowder but as I am very regular and never had any problems with constipation, it affected me too soon (even on lowest dose). I was up in the bathroom during the middle of the night. Also, as the plaque is supposed to also liquify, you never know whether it has or it hasn't.

We are all different and each product will have a different affect on each of us.

I would say that anyone who suffers from constipation would benefit from colosan or Oxypowder . I can imagine that relief would be felt from not being 'bunged up' and knowing for once that everything you have eaten has been expelled.
