I'm actually considering doing it the other way around. I tried the BH cleanse but got very constipated so didn't feel "clean" at the end. I'm giving it a rest for a short while longer and then I'm going to try Colonix. Somehow I feel that the longer, albeit maybe slower method, should be more beneficial becasue the 5 day window on BH just doesn't seem long enough to deal with years worth of build-up.

However, I'm also very interested in the saltwater flushes being discussed at the moment. So much information, so many choices!
