My husband and I have been doing the P&B shakes for two months now twice a day. Our bowels move a lot more but neither of us have passed any plaque material. My work prevents me from doing the shakes more than twice a day. Is there anything else we might try? Should we add the saltwater flushes or do a live clense, master clense etc???

The good news is we have shed pounds. I don't know if it is the shakes or all the water makes us feel fuller but he has lost about 30lbs and I about 10lbs.
