A good test of your theories about ropes, mucoid plaque and the blessed herbs cleanse would be to complete several blessed herb cleanses within a relatively short amount of time. If the diet was kept fairly clean during the cleanses, then according to the intestinal logic that most of the mucoid plaque/blessed herb believers follow on this site, eventually the amount of mucoid plaque removed during the BH cleanse would be reduced or even stopped as it was all already removed.

If what you suspect is true then the same amout of ropes should come out regardless of the number of cleanses, because its just the P&B and not truely anything residual in our intestines

An interesting but expensive experiment...

I haven't even done my first blessed herbs cleanse (which I intend to do this summer) but has anyone else on this site ever done more than one? say within a years time??
