i'm not sure what dientamoeba fragilis, but i can answer a couple of your questions i think.

i think i've only read good things about blessed herbs. of course, everyone is different, but i believe that it is an effective bowel cleanse.

"And should I fast the five days that I use the bowel cleanse?
I heard that it is not good to fast when you are at my age, is that true?"

this cleanse requires that you fast, for a total of 8 days (3 days prior to taking the supplements). you can have liquids.
i don't believe there is any harm in fasting -- at least for a short time -- even at 18. BUT to be safe, you might want to ask a doctor/naturopath about it.
