I used the peppermint kit because I do not care for ginger. There is a bit of a cooling taste but not much. I found using a mixture of organic apple juice with a little straight organic cranberry juice (unsweetened) cut the taste of the clay and such better than apple alone. Plus, it was ingesting a little less Sugar too.
