Hey Im a virgo too! I am drinkig the shakes with apple juice (organic) and I am also drinking carrot juice and pomegranet juice. I also had some veggie broth and a lot of distilled water. Gosh I couldnt swallow the shakes with just water! you are a stronger person than I. I got some more ropes out this afternoon so I guess I will only increase by 1 capsule, thanks for the advice. I was doing Oxypowder for 5 days before I started this and eating mostly raw with a few small cheats so maybe that is why I am having success so soon. That or Im extremely contaminated LOL!
