i just started FirstCleanse by RenewLife. i was going to do CleanseSmart, but the lady at the health store told me that i should do FirstCleanse first since i've never cleansed. it's basically the same as CleanseSmart, but apparently more gentle, and it's only a 15 day cleanse.

as some of you who have used these products know, there are two parts to these cleanses. the first is to cleanse the liver, kidneys, skin, etc... and the second is to cleanse the colon. but they are both supposed to be taken each day. i'm wondering if i should take the colon cleansing capsules for the 15 days, and then take the liver/kidney/skin cleansing capsules for 15 days after that. because shouldn't the colon be cleansed before anything else? i'm doing all this to get rid of my acne, and i don't want my skin to get worse from doing everything at once!
