Hi - thanks for your support everyone. In fact I didn't need to try the salt water flush as things moved on their own! But it was a great relief to have it as a back-up plan. Yes I am continuing with the digestive stimulators and will finish them up. Things have improved greatly over the weekend and I'm much better. I've picked up some probiotics as well which I read should help get the intestinal balance back again.
