Okay, I just read up on Oxypowder ..would this be an easier option? I know people are going to baulk at the word "easy"..but I'm a student with finals coming up in a few weeks, so time really is of the essence! I don't have any specific health complaints, but I know that I could be healthier..

Also, is Oxypowder the best of the oxidating bunch? I've heard of Colosan and Colonix, are either of those better?
