I haven't tried BH but I just "accidentally" discovered that chlorella really helps with Body Odor and bad breath. I started taking chlorella (3gr a day or 6-500mg tablets) in order to detox from heavy metals. I'm not sure if it actually has helped with the heavy metals but it sure has helped with the Body Odor . Also, FWIW, I have also noticed that I feel much happier since I started taking chlorella. I have no idea why I feel happier but I have read that chlorophyl, which chlorella has plenty of, does wonders for Body Odor and bad breath.
