Unhappy to say, I'm feeling super bloated and blocked today and I'm not sure why. I didn't have the best movements yesterday, either. I drink almost a gallon of water a day so I know I'm getting enough fluids. I'm also steeping the tea for 15 minutes. Any suggestions?
