I'm planning on doing blessed herbs. I'm planning on juice fasting for a few days w Oxypowder , because when i take psyllium products when my my bowels/intestines are full (which they are), i get really blocked up even when fasting. However i see they recommend you do a three day pre-fast before going into the five day cleanse...is this necessary, or can I just go from fasting and then switch over to blessed herbs?
any input appreciated thanx
