I just finished my first month on the Colonix program and have been very pleased with the results so far. It is very important that you DRINK ENOUGH WATER! And In my own case I found that I had to steep the tea for 8 minutes instead of 4-6 minutes to get the desired results. I think that if you follow the program as directed you won't have to worry about constipation. Good luck and keep us posted on your results....Don.
