thanks so much! all of that is helpful.

i already eat fairly well -- basically the same way that you say you are "forced" to eat while on Colonix -- so the diet part won't be a problem for me.

it's good to know that this stuff works!

just out of curiosity, are you planning on doing other cleanses after you finish Colonix?
